Voyager XL a new version for the fortieth anniversary of MiniMoog

To celebrate the fortieth anniversary of the birth of the Minimoog, Moog Music presents the new Minimoog Voyager XL. The heart of this new synth is that of the Minimoog that we all know: the distinctive timbre of the Moog oscillators and filters, the quality and attention to detail and the user interface are those to which Moog has used for decades.

The Minimoog Voyager XL offers a patch bay on the front reminiscent of the original Minimoog, the CV mixer with four channels, two channels of the attenuator, the lag processor and the LFO Midi Sync synthesizer that make this the promised land is in fact sound design and analog control.

From the Voyager XL model inherits the signal path 100% stable analog oscillators, can save the patches, do touch control surface, mapping of the potentiometers and advanced MIDI control.

The engine is 100% analog audio and offers virtually all the resources of sound design in the original Model D Minimoog and Voyager, with the addition of many features developed in the subsequent production Moog.

The 61-key keyboard with aftertouch and velocity sensitive keyboard is identical to the Voyager to 44 keys, and the Ribbon Controller is located 500 mm below the center bar of wood just above the keyboard, the focus is set on the Ribbon Controller DO center of the keyboard, the outputs are sampled and are available as HP-OUT (from-5V to +5 V).
