Update reverb effect VIRSYN REFLECTOR

VirSyn has released version 2.5 of REFLECT, a reverb hybrid for both Windows and Mac
 
# To "warm up" the tail of the reverb was added a better modulation algorithm.
 
# Changes REFLECT 2.5:

     * VST3 and VST2.4: 64-bit version for Windows 7 and Windows Vista.
 
     * True Stereo Reverb Tail.
 
     * Range of modulation of the reverb tail increased for a warm sound.
 
     * VST3: integrated interface AI Knob.

# Price: 99 EUR for the first 200 guests to celebrate the introduction of 64-bit version.
